Rieva offers bedsheets and home furnishing products.

If payment has already been made for an order that is cancelled by us, the applicable amount will be refunded using the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-processing conditions.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices may change without prior notice.
Applicable taxes, if any, will be displayed during checkout.
We accept payments through the payment methods available at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible locations.
A COD handling fee may apply to Cash on Delivery orders. Any applicable COD fee will be displayed during checkout before the order is placed.

Returns or replacements are accepted only for verified damaged, defective, or faulty products.
Any damaged, defective, or faulty product claim must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video may be required to verify the condition of the product upon delivery.
Products that have been used, washed, ironed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible.
Change-of-mind requests, personal preferences, incorrect orders, or minor color variations are not eligible for return or replacement.
Refunds are generally issued only when an eligible defective, damaged, or faulty product cannot be replaced.
